First edition of Brazil noble stuns at arab fashion week
A spectacular virtual fashion show bedazzles audience, With the most opulent pieces by ace Brazilian designers
Dubai-The first edition of Brazil Noble was seen to be a major part of the 12th edition of the Arab Fashion Week showcasing Spring Summer 2021 that was hosted virtually in Dubai from 21-24 October 2020.
The exclusive dinner with a private viewing of Brazil Noble was held at the palatial Palazzo Versace Hotel in Dubai, on 22nd October. The VIP guest list including representatives from Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce, Co-founders and organizers of Brazil Noble Cecilia Bicca, Larissa Wilson and Reginaldo Fonseca in addition to select media and Arab world TV celebrities.
With Brazil Noble, Rejane Silva – the Brand Ambassador of Brazil Noble, envisioned bringing the best of Brazilian artistry and fashion, through five acclaimed Brazilian designers – Sandro Barros, Andrea Conti, Vitor Zerbinato, Emannuella Junqueira, Maison Alexandrine and Dubai’s homegrown Brazilian/Lebanese brand, AAVVA.
Silva expressed her excitement at the advent of the event. “We are so proud to bring the first edition of Brazil Noble alive in partnership with Arab Fashion Week; the Arab World is surely the hub of creativity, innovation and prosperity in every regard. Brazil Noble envisions presenting and honoring the premium quality of the Brazilian fashion industry and we wanted to step in via Dubai.”
“We want people to know the Brazilian mastery and hopefully showcasing this with Brazil’s top designers presenting here will ignite curiosity amongst the international fashion enthusiasts and create international accessibility and business opportunities between the Brazilian and the world fashion industry.” She added.
Brazilian designers part of the event included a list of some of the best in country: Luxury haute couturier Jose Vitor Zerbinato who creates pieces that depict the real Brazilian heritage and artistry, known for the combining elegance and designs that highlight elements of inventive trends, Sandro Barros who is known for creating the likes of celebrities and a large number of brides, most-acclaimed for his inspirations that he translates into his collections, Emannuelle Junqueira or the designer synonyms with majestic bridal wear, her pieces intricate with couture-inspired details and telling every bride’s own story, Andrea Conti or the only jewelry designer part of the first edition of Brazil Noble, known for creating contemperory jewlery inspired by nature, events and her perception of strong women who wear the pieces, Alexandra Fructuoso of Maison Alexandrine, the brand that’s famous for dressing names like Beyonce, Jennifer Lopez, Ariana Grande and Kim Kardashion amongst more, the brand’s signature style celebrating modern day woman.
As Dubai’s very own Brazilian/Lebanese label AAVVA welcomed Brazil Noble with open arms, the famous designer duo Ahmad Ammar and Vincenzo Visciglia designed a special collection ‘Mother of Pearls’, to close the virtual fashion show. The collection featured all black looks adorned and embroidered with angelic white pearls in a whirlwind of smart design and architecture, two elements signature to the AAVVA brand. The designers expressed their views on being a major part of the Brazil Noble initiative. “When we decided we were going to showcase at Brazil Noble x AFW, we decided we wanted to pay tribute to the country that inspired us to start and grow to where we are today. The ‘Mother of Pearl’ collection highlights the beauty of pearl diving, the simplistic yet empowering history of this wondrous country and the ever-loving people.”

With aims to bring back the second edition of Brazil Noble at a larger more luxe level, the team is looking forward to starting for 2021. They also expressed their appreciation for the UAE and its leaders in establishing the country at the forefront of any field, and now racing past the fashion capitals too.
